How to Use

1. Make sure both nostrils are clear and you can breathe freely and comfortably through your nose.
2. Clean and completely dry your lips and the surrounding skin. Remove lip balm, cream, makeup and oils.
3. Flex the strip to separate the release liner and peel it away, touching the adhesive as little as possible.
4. Close your lips naturally. Centre the strip horizontally over your closed lips and keep your nose fully uncovered.
5. Smooth from the centre towards the edges and press lightly until secure.
6. To remove, moisten the edges with warm water and peel slowly from one side. Discard after use.

Before the first overnight use, test one strip for about 10 minutes while awake and seated to make sure nasal breathing stays comfortable and you can remove it easily without help.

Safety Information

For adults aged 18 and over. Do not use the strip:

• if either nostril is blocked or nasal breathing is restricted, for example during a cold, an allergy flare or a respiratory infection;
• if you have breathing difficulty or diagnosed or suspected sleep apnea;
• if you feel nauseated or have an increased risk of vomiting;
• after alcohol, recreational drugs, sedatives or medicines that cause marked drowsiness;
• on damaged, irritated or infected skin, or if you have a known sensitivity to adhesives;
• if you cannot remove the strip on your own;
• with CPAP, oxygen equipment or another breathing device, unless approved by a healthcare professional and the device manufacturer.

Remove the strip immediately if you experience breathing difficulty, panic, dizziness, nausea, pain, burning, itching, swelling or significant skin irritation. Never cover the nose. Keep out of reach of children.

This product does not diagnose, treat or prevent snoring, sleep apnea or any other condition. Talk to a doctor about loud or persistent snoring, breathing pauses or excessive daytime sleepiness.

Storage

Store in the original closed package in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
