Order processing: Order processing usually takes 1–4 business days. During holidays, periods of high order volume or other peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the selected shipping method, destination and carrier.
Returns: To start a return, email info@biowitel.com. We will send you the return method and instructions available for your order and country. You have 14 calendar days to notify us you are exercising your right of withdrawal, and a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund payment no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof it has been sent back.
