PURCHASE TERMS

 

By visiting, using, or accessing the online store www.biowitel.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms of use of the online store www.biowitel.com (hereinafter referred to as the Terms).
For the purposes of these Terms, the Seller shall mean SIA BioWitel, registration number: 40203637944, legal address: Riga, Matīsa iela 61 - 23 (hereinafter also – We), while the Buyer shall mean a natural or legal person who purchases in the online store www.biowitel.com available goods (hereinafter also referred to as – you).

  • The Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy are integral and essential components of these Terms.

  • These Terms are binding on the Seller, the Buyer, as well as every Visitor of the online store www.biowitel.com. In cases where the visitor of the online store www.biowitel.com does not accept these Terms (including the Cookie and/or Privacy Policy), the visitor of the online store www.biowitel.com is not entitled to use and/or exploit the online store www.biowitel.com.

  • We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Purchase without prior notice.

  • We cannot guarantee that the online store www.biowitel.com will operate continuously, without errors or disruptions. Terms used:

  • Online store – A website and database created by the Seller, within which the Buyer places Orders.

  • Shopping cart (My Cart) − Goods selected by the Buyer but not paid for in the online store www.biowitel.com.

  • Order − A set of Goods selected and paid for by the Buyer in the online store www.biowitel.com.

  • Registered Buyer − The Buyer who has completed and submitted the online store www.biowitel.com available registration page.

  • Unregistered Buyer − A Guest who has not completed and submitted the online store www.biowitel.com available registration page.

  • Product price guarantee period − The end date of the time period until which the Seller has guaranteed not to change the prices of the Goods if the Order is paid for within this time period.

  • Cancellation form − A form that can be filled out to exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Privacy Policy − Information about the processing of your personal data in connection with the services we provide.

  • Cookie Policy − An information file that is sent to your computer or other device (e.g., mobile phone) when you visit a website and is stored in your browser.

  • Courier − A cooperation partner selected by the Seller who delivers the Goods paid for by the Buyer on behalf of the Seller.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Buyer orders, and the Seller undertakes to deliver, the goods that are available on the website www.biowitel.com, hereinafter in the text of the contract – the Goods, the names, packaging, prices, quantity, and value of which are agreed upon when the Customer places an Order and are indicated on the invoice.

1.2. In the online store www.biowitel.com, anyone is eligible to shop – both Registered Buyers and Unregistered Buyers, and both Natural and Legal Persons are eligible to shop.

1.3. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer comes into force at the moment when the Buyer places an order in the online store www.biowitel.com, has selected the Products, has agreed to the Terms of Use of the Online Store, and has pressed the "Buy" button.

1.4. The Buyer is not entitled to purchase in the Online Store www.biowitel.com available Goods if they are not familiar with the Terms of Purchase or do not agree with them.

1.5. The Buyer undertakes to order and accept the Goods and pay for them in accordance with the procedure specified in the Agreement. Delivery of Goods is carried out only in the online store www.biowitel.com in the specified area.

2. Registration and processing of personal data

2.1. The Seller undertakes to observe confidentiality and guarantees the security and use of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Information Society Services Law. Information may be provided to third parties only in the cases and in accordance with the procedure provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

2.2. The Seller undertakes to process the personal data referred to in this Agreement, to store them only for the intended purpose and to the extent necessary for this, including for improving the service and sending advertising materials. The Seller is entitled to transfer the Buyer's personal data to cooperation partners and data processing companies working for the Seller. The collected information may be used for strategic and marketing purposes.

2.3. To become a Registered Buyer, you must fill out the online store www.biowitel.com available registration page and agree to the Terms of Purchase.

2.4. By filling out the registration form, the Buyer submits the following data: Name, Surname, Mobile phone number, E-mail, City / Village, Street / house name, House No. / building, Apartment No., Postal code.

2.5. By agreeing to the terms of the online store www.biowitel.com, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the provided personal data for the following purposes:

  • 2.5.3. Sale of Goods

  • 2.5.4. Delivery of Orders

2.6. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data specified during registration, as well as for actions taken in the online store www.biowitel.com resulting from the provision of false information, including, but not limited to, indicating an incorrect delivery address or mobile phone number.

2.7. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining all registration data securely, and the Seller is not liable for losses caused if registration data comes into the possession of third parties and is misused.

2.8. The Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of possible manipulations of registration data by third parties.

2.9. The Seller has the right to block the Buyer's access to the online store if it seems that third parties are acting maliciously on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller shall inform the Buyer about the blocking.

2.10. An Unregistered Buyer, when placing an Order in the online store www.biowitel.com, agrees to the Terms and the processing of personal data necessary for proper execution of the purchase.

2.11. A Registered Buyer has the right to clarify, change, supplement, or delete previously provided data at any time.

2.12. A Registered Buyer obtains a User profile, password, and the right to use special features of the online store. The Registered Buyer is responsible for secure storage of access data.

3. Product prices

3.1. Prices of goods in the online store www.biowitel.com are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT.
3.2. The price does not include delivery costs, which are indicated separately when placing each Order.
3.3. Goods are sold at the prices valid at the time of purchase.
3.4. The Seller is entitled to change prices without prior notice.
