Uncollected parcels remain in the locker for 7 days before being returned; reshipment is charged. For dietary supplements and other temperature-sensitive items, please collect promptly; we do not compensate for quality deterioration after delivery.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we cover the return shipping; otherwise, the customer pays. Shipping and returns are available only in Latvia, via Omniva or DPD. Parcels not collected within 7 days are returned to us; reshipment is charged, or we refund excluding the original shipping costs. For dietary supplements/temperature-sensitive goods, we do not compensate for quality deterioration after delivery.
Refunds are usually issued within four weeks from the moment you hand the parcel to the return carrier, often sooner. This includes transit back to us (5–10 business days), our processing (3–5 business days), and your bank’s processing (5–10 business days).
