Free delivery across Latvia on orders from €49.00. For other orders, the price depends on parcel size/weight and is shown at checkout. Delivery via Omniva, Smartposti, Unisend or DPD (parcel locker; courier by arrangement). Orders ship in 1–2 business days; delivery typically 2–5 business days.

Uncollected parcels remain in the locker for 7 days before being returned; reshipment is charged. For dietary supplements and other temperature-sensitive items, please collect promptly; we do not compensate for quality deterioration after delivery.

Delivery is available in Europe, USA and Canada.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we cover the return shipping; otherwise, the customer pays. Shipping and returns are available only in Latvia, via Omniva or DPD. Parcels not collected within 7 days are returned to us; reshipment is charged, or we refund excluding the original shipping costs. For dietary supplements/temperature-sensitive goods, we do not compensate for quality deterioration after delivery.

Refunds are usually issued within four weeks from the moment you hand the parcel to the return carrier, often sooner. This includes transit back to us (5–10 business days), our processing (3–5 business days), and your bank’s processing (5–10 business days).

To start a return, sign in to your account, open the order, select “Return Item(s)”, and create an Omniva or DPD return (use the return code and drop off at any parcel locker). We’ll email you once we receive and inspect the item and process your refund.
